As special thanks, we give free dog tags to veterans, military, first responders, nurses, police, firemen, etc. Make sure to put it in the comments at checkout where it says “Special Instructions to Seller”. That is the only way we will know to send the dog tag. Thanks.
***Shipping: We ship orders as soon as possible but can run into delays. Please be patient. If you provided your email or phone number on your order, you will get updates when your order ships. If you are having issues with the shipping carrier, please contact them first with your tracking number. Beginning October 1, 2021, USPS is slowing down their deliveries and will take longer to receive your order.
ALSO, we will not be responsible for items being returned to us due to incorrect addresses. We provide free shipping for first attempts. If we have to reship an item due to incorrect address or insufficient address, customer will be responsible for any charges related to reshipping the item(s). Please check and double check the shipping address you enter at check out. Thank you for your prompt attention in the matter and for your understanding as shipping costs rise.
